Superintendent Patrick Munson is a 2008 honors graduate from North Carolina State University where he was named Class Valedictorian in the Turfgrass Management Program. With an impressive 4.0 grade point average, he received four top Turfgrass Association merit scholarships and is a member of North Carolina State University's Delta Tau Alpha Honors Society and GCSAA Golf Course Superintendent’s Association of America.
Patrick brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his position, having worked as assistant golf course superintendent at the Mizner Country Club in Delray Beach and North Palm Beach Country Club in North Palm Beach.
“I am proud to bring my experience and work ethic — and my passion for golf — to this golf course, which is an impressive addition to this growing community,” says Patrick, who grew up with a love and an aptitude for the game. For more than two decades he followed in his father's footsteps traveling throughout the US and Canada caddying on the PGA Tour at the nation’s elite golf courses.
Like his father and brothers, he grew up with the game and has always had deep respect and admiration for well maintained courses and for the hard working people who make that happen.
